Professional Experience
As a technical trainer for Occupational Safety Specialists, Corp.,
Mr. Heath is responsible for the customization and delivery of OSHA
and NFPA training programs. Mr. Heath is currently the Assistant
Chief of the Kingston Fire Department. Up to his appointment as
Assistant Chief, he was a career Captain with the Kingston
Fire-Rescue-EMS Department. His duties included that of Shift
Commander, Training Officer, Safety Officer and Emergency Medical
Technician. Mr. Heath has developed Training Programs for both
Career and Call Firefighters and is responsible for the continual
development and implementation of all Standard Operating Procedures
that effect his realm of responsibilities. Mr. Heath has been a
member of the Kingston Fire-Rescue-EMS Department since 1977.
Mr. Heath is a past president and current member/instructor of the
Plymouth County Fire & Rescue Training Association. This Association
was founded to bring together the various training representatives
from all of the Fire Departments within Plymouth County. This
Association has established an extremely successful Critical
Incident Stress Team and a highly trained County Technical Rescue
Team.
Mr. Heath has been a primary Instructor for Incident Command, Rapid
Intervention and Firefighter I and II.
