Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy
that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.
Proposal terms will be honored for a period
of 90 days from the date shown on this proposal. If you
wish to accept this proposal after the specified time, certain
details may have to be renegotiated at OSS request.
This proposal may be accepted by referencing it in a letter,
purchase order, or contract document. OSS will invoice
100% of the program after services are rendered. Our payment
terms are Due Upon Receipt.
In general, OSS Corp
understands the ever changing business world and therefore
accepts cancellations. However, programs cancelled with
less than 15 days notice will be invoiced at the quoted price.
Training certifications will be mailed after payment is
remitted.
